This Privacy Policy explains how Trendy Filters ("we," "us," or "our") collects and uses information when you use the Service.

1. Information we collect

• Canva account ID (an unlinkable random string for each account). This is used to manage daily credits for free users and verify premium users.

Creem may use your email to remind you about unfinished purchases. This email information is not collected by us.

2. Payments

Payments are processed by Creem as the merchant of record. We do not store full payment card information on our servers.

3. How we use information

• Provide and improve the Service.
• Process subscriptions and credits.
• Respond to support requests.
• Maintain security and prevent abuse.

4. Video storage

Your videos are stored securely and only temporarily on Cloudflare for the purpose of adding to Canva. After the video is added to Canva, the video itself is deleted automatically by the system within 5 minutes. The deleted videos are not recoverable.

5. Sharing

We only share information with service providers needed to operate the Service (for example, billing through Creem). We do not sell personal information.

6. Data retention

We retain information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, or resolve disputes.

7. Your choices

You can request deletion of your Canva account ID by emailing [email protected].

8. Updates

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The effective date will be updated on this page.
