Refund Policy

We want you to feel confident using Trendy Filters. If you have a billing issue or cannot access the features you paid for, contact us at [email protected].

Refund eligibility

  • Duplicate charges or billing errors.
  • Technical issues that prevent access to the Premium tier.
  • Accidental renewal reported promptly.

Response time

We respond to refund requests within 3 business days. If we do not respond within this timeframe, Creem may issue a refund on our behalf.

How to request refund

Email [email protected] with your account email, the charge date, and a brief description of the issue. We may request additional information to validate the charge.

How to cancel subscription

You can always access your subscription information from the "Manage your plan" link at the bottom of the app. This link is only available if you are currently an active Premium member.

Processing

Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method through Creem. Timing depends on your bank or card issuer.
